Service Description

A tailored hands on treatment for muscular tension, recovery, mobility, and everyday aches and stress. Drawing from my Sports Rehabiliation background and years of hands on experience, I'll assses what your body needs and adpat the treatment accordinly. Your sesion may included massage, deeoer tissues work, myofascial release, stretching, cupping or other appropriate techniques. Perfect if you: Are recovering from training or sport Carry muscular tension Feel stiff or restricted Want regular body maintance. You don't need to know which technique you need. I'll work that out with you.
