Service Description

A deeply personalised 90 minute bodywork experience for when you want more than a quick treatment. We slow down, check in and allow your session to unfold around what your body is communicating. Your treatmeant may include intutive bodywork, massage, lymphatic technqiues, stretching, energy or other appropriate techniques. There is no fixed routine. Pressure, pace and approach can change throughout the session as your body responds. Perfect if you: Feel overwhelmed or constantly "on" Carry physcial or emotion tension Feel disconnected from your body Need space to completely switch off
