Becoming More Of Who I Am
Ive always had a natural ability to connect with people, but not all environments or relationships have felt safe for my nervous system. For much of my life, I carried what I can only describe as a strong inner armour. On the surface, I felt steady and self-contained moving through life in a way that looked balanced and in control.
Over time, I began to notice that beneath this there were deeper patterns I hadn’t fully addressed.
After finding myself in a toxic, narcissistic relationship, I reached a point where I could no longer ignore what was unfolding in my life. I started to see how I had been undervaluing myself not from weakness, but from unconscious patterns I hadn’t yet become aware of. That experience became a turning point in my personal growth.
Instead of staying stuck, I chose to listen.
I began to connect with my intuition in a way I hadn’t before. I started trusting my gut, noticing patterns, and taking responsibility for what I was allowing into my life. Over time, I became moreI aware, more honest with myself, and more willing to make different choices.
This year, I recognised familiar patterns returning —but this time, I responded differently. I didn’t ignore them. I faced them, worked through them, and released them.
That process is what led me here and it’s the foundation I now bring into my coaching.
I now support women in reconnecting with themselves, breaking unconscious patterns, and building deeper self-trust through emotional awareness and nervous system work.
